These Terms apply to CloudCode hosting services, related websites, and Discord-based account interactions. Using the services means you accept these rules.

2. Acceptable Use
Illegal activity, malware distribution, DDoS/DoS behavior, crypto mining abuse, and similar malicious use are prohibited. Violations can trigger immediate action.
3. Free vs Paid Services
Free hosting is intended for development/testing and may have limited guarantees. Paid services are the correct lane for stronger reliability expectations.
4. Development Services Terms
For custom development work, scope, milestones, timelines, and deliverables are defined per project brief. A 30% upfront deposit is required before development starts. Changes outside agreed scope may require timeline or price adjustments.
5. Uptime & Support Expectations
CloudCode targets high uptime, but exact performance is not guaranteed for every tier. Support priority and coverage may vary by service level.
6. Account, Monitoring, and Enforcement
Suspicious or abusive activity may be monitored and can result in server suspension or deletion. Abusive behavior toward staff or community members is not allowed.
7. Backups & Data Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups. CloudCode uses safeguards, but file recovery cannot be guaranteed in all incidents.
8. Refunds
Refund requests are time-limited by plan type. Refund abuse may lead to account restrictions and additional enforcement actions.
9. Policy Changes
Terms may change over time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
